A new venture into catching UMBC Retrievers hockey was explored this past weekend, and 30 listeners tuned in to catch the Temple U and Rowan U games on Friday and Saturday nights. Ustream.tv was used to broadcast the play-by-play of both exciting games live. We had a bit of shortcomings with internet bandwidth on Friday night to push out the video to Fasthockey.com, so we took a chance (successfully) on a Ustream audio feed to our fans. Saturday night, the Fasthockey broadcast feed rights were given to the home team (Rowan U), and so we went a second night with the Ustream radio style feed. Thank you all for your great feedback and listening.

Games will be recorded and archived in case you miss the live feed. We will try and upload Friday's audio from the Temple U game, and Sunday's Saint Joseph's U game that was not broadcasted due to lack of internet resources. The Fasthockey archived footage should be uploaded by the end of today.
